The Writing Center is now open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00 to 4:45. We will be there to help you at any stage of your writing process. This applies to any writing assignments in any class.

There will be a Spanish Club meeting on Wednesday, January 15, at 3:50 in room MH11. Please make sure you are picked up promptly at 4:50.

Boys Outdoor Track and Field Team will hold try-outs and work-outs on January 15 and 16​ ​at 4:00 at Lee Hedges Stadium. The Track team is in need of sprinters, distance runners, high jumpers, long jumpers and pole vaulters. Please come out and display your talents for your school. Bring shorts or sweats, tennis shoes and water. Be prepared to stay until 5:00. Student-athletes must provide their own transportation home​.

Want to type with more speed and accuracy? Becoming a better keyboard typist will give you more time to do your best on the LEAP2025. Typing efficiently will also give you necessary skills to enter the work force. Keyboard typing assistance will be offered every Tuesday in January, after school in MH09. Have your ride here at 4:45. See you there!

Hey Seniors, it's that time of year where you can send in your photos for the senior slideshow. Send a baby photo and a current photo to shrevekgtr@gmail.com before January 31 with your first and last name in the subject line of the email.

Anyone interested in trying out for JV or Varsity cheer can​ pick up a packet from Ms. Gentry in MH10 between classes. Packets and fees are due by Thursday, February 13. Students planning on trying out for JV and Varsity cheer, danceline, flagline, or majorettes should have their parent(s) attend the mandatory parent only meeting Thursday, February 20, from 6:00-6:30 in the cafeteria.

Petty Officer Powell, US Navy Recruiter, will do a lunch visit for interested students January 29, 2020, in the cafeteria foyer. Stop by if you're interested!

Students in the 9t​h​, 10t​h​, and 11t​h​ grades who are interested in a career in the health field may sign up for the AHEC of a Summer program focused on careers in medicine. You may sign up in the front office if interested in applying or learning more about this hands-on opportunity.

Jenifer Fowler from the University of Arkansas will be here to visit with interested juniors and seniors Wednesday, March 18, at 1:15 pm in the conference room. Sign up in the book at the front desk if you'd like to attend!​

If you need help with math, come to room A112 on Tuesday mornings from 7:45-8:15 for Math Club peer tutoring. Bring your math work with you.
