Auditions for Drama Club productions, including the Spring Musical, will be held September 25 and 26 in room A210.  Sign up for an audition time outside of room A210. Attention all Gators:  The deadline to register for the October 27 ACT is next Friday, September 28.  It is important to start taking the ACT now to maximize your chance of eligibility for college and various scholarships.  The cost of the test is $50.50. Register at act.org. See your grade level counselor with questions. Good luck!

Picture day for underclassmen will be Monday, October 8.  Pictures are mandatory and will be taken through your English class. Seniors will take pictures during their English class on October 29 with a cap and gown.

Begin now to clear your debts for Homecoming 2018-2019!  Gator Homecoming tickets will be sold in the gym foyer before school and during lunch on October 10-11. You can buy your tickets at that time for $20 each.  After that, Homecoming tickets will only be sold online with a code. To get your code to buy tickets online, see administrators in the gym foyer before or after school and during lunch on October 18-19.  Tickets are $20 online. Remember, you do not need a code to buy your tickets with cash on October 10-11. You will need a code to buy tickets online starting October 18.

The new members meeting for Mu Alpha Theta has been changed to Friday, September 28, at 7:45 in Room A112.  Please note the change of date. All new members should plan to attend.

The first Black Studies Association general meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 26, at 4:00 - 4:45 in the auditorium.  Current and new members will be able to turn in membership applications, pay club dues, and order a club t-shirt. Please be prepared to  exit the campus by 5:00 pm.

PSAT crash course will be Tuesday, October 2, after school from 4:00 to 6:00 in A112.  See Mrs. Simon or Mrs. Mangham to sign up and get materials for the course.

Interested juniors and seniors, mark your calendars.  The ASVAB will be administered on Tuesday, October 2, in the auditorium.  It will begin at 8:30 and will take approximately 3 hours to complete. There is no fee to take this test.  Results can help you evaluate aptitude, estimate performance in academics and on the ACT, and identify possible careers that you may not have considered. Sign up in the front office.

The Senior panoramic picture will be taken on the front lawn (weather permitting) on Monday, October 8, at 9:30.  Seniors report to the front lawn of the school when 1st period class is dismissed.
