Gators, let’s pack the Swamp tonight at 6:00 to cheer on the 2018 District Champs Lady Gators who take on Sam Houston in the quarterfinals State playoffs.  Tickets will be on sale today for SHREVE STUDENTS ONLY for $5.  All other tickets will be sold at the gate for $8.  Get your ticket during your lunch shift today.

Today at 3rd period, Mrs Eakin will meet with all rally participants who are taking a test, performing for drama, or performing for music.  Report to the auditorium immediately after you check in with your 3rd period teacher.

Highline:  Any incoming freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior interested in trying out for Captain Shreve’s Highline, can pick up a tryout packet from Ms. Gentry in MH10 until February 22nd.

The Gator Flagline is hosting a mini camp on March 10th from 9:00am to 12:00pm. Campers will be shown how to spin and toss flags as well as learn one of the Gator Flagline routines. The cost is $25 which includes a t-shirt. Deadline is February 26th so pick up a registration form from Mrs. Jenkins in MH05 or from the office today!

Cheer:  Any incoming sophomore, junior, or senior interested in trying out for Jv or Varsity cheer can pick up a tryout packet from Ms. Gentry in MH 10 until February 27th.

Applications are now being accepted for The Enterprise news magazine staff and the Journalism class. If you have an interest in writing, photography, graphic design, mobile video production, digital media, or simply asking questions, then journalism might be a good fit for you. Contact the journalism instructor, Brandon Winningham, by email at bwinningham@caddoschools.org or fill out an application online.

Juniors, a representative from Graduate Sales will be here Friday, February 23, on both lunch shifts to give out packets for class ring orders if you did not get one the last time they were here. They will be set up in the auditorium foyer.

A University of Arkansas representative will visit with Captain Shreve students on March 14 at 8:30 a.m. in the conference room. Sign up in the book at the front desk if you would like to attend.
